EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE A One-day Workshop on EFT 18 Nathanial Blvd $100 Greg Harper PhD, CCHT, EFT-CC 510-566-3735 |

Recent research supports thousands of clinical
reports of the resolution of emotional issues using the Emotional Freedom
Technique [EFT], including anger, stress, grief, phobias, and almost any
emotional ailment you can name (see www.emofree.com). EFT has been highly effective in treating
trauma, including PTSD, associated with abuse, rape, and war. In recent years, EFT has also been shown to
be highly effective in reducing or eliminating many cases of chronic physical
pain. Results from EFT are usually
rapid, long lasting, and relatively gentle.
After attending this workshop, you will have the basic skill for using
EFT. In addition, most or all of the
people attending this workshop will achieve either noticeable improvement or
complete cessation of some emotional or physical problem.
EFT is simple, is easy to
learn, and can complement psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Reiki or bodywork. EFT is an acupressure technique, involving
tapping on points of the body’s meridian system, usually by the client, while
“tuning into” a feeling, thought, or memory.
To see video clips of EFT in action, see http://www.emofree.com/web-videos.htm?ref=newsletter
.
This workshop goes beyond
the basic EFT method to give the participant tools to be proficient at the “art
of EFT”. The workshop includes the
following:
|
·
The basic EFT technique ·
How to eliminate self-sabotage ·
How to measure progress ·
Finding core issues ·
Eliminate cravings ·
Working with groups ·
What to do when EFT appears not to work ·
References and resources to continue |
|
This workshop will combine oral presentation with
excerpts from EFT videos, group demonstrations, and practice with
partners. This is an experiential,
hands-on workshop so that you can become sufficiently proficient to get results
with EFT. I can provide follow-up
support for the workshop by phone and email.

Testamonials:
“I am
deeply grateful to Greg for the healing EFT sessions we have had. In a very short time he has neutralized the paralizing fear and Post Traumatic Stress syndrome that has
been active in me since I was raped and beaten.
The relief I feel is deeply palpable and has translated into a newly
regained ability to embrace life and to trust my inner knowing. His gentle, caring, intuitive and wise use of
the intricacies of EFT enabled me to move the mountains of fear and trauma and
embrace my joyful and highest Self. “

“As a decades-long migraine suffer, I put up with the pain --
which lasted up to three days and sent me to bed for most of them -- knowing
that once it was over, I’d have a respite for several weeks. I was introduced
to EFT during a class I was attending. I felt a migraine coming on and the
instructor showed me this energy healing technique to help abort it. It worked!
I subsequently worked with Greg using EFT to help keep the headaches at bay.
Through Greg’s gentle technique of questioning and tapping, we eventually
reached and dispelled a core issue. I am happy to say I haven’t had a serious
migraine for several months.” Carolyn Rigiero,
