EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom
Techniques) is an exciting and rapidly growing method type of
Energy Psychology used for providing relief from negative emotions
and many health issues, including anxiety, pain, high blood pressure,
phobia, trauma (including PTSD), anger, grief, and ADD. EFT is an
effective tool for weight control and cravings. EFT
involves tapping on accupuncture points while tuned into
troublesome issues.
